Our latest renovation was Dashing Deloraine which was in the heart of Toronto. It was in a great location but as with all older properties needed a huge refresh. We worked on the main floor installing new kitchen cabinetry, revamped their living room, spruced up their fireplace wall, found them a showpiece dining table light, added a functional entrance and built a stunning wine wall. Upstairs we reorganized the entire floor with a new master bathroom and closet. For the master bedroom, we built a stunning moulding detail along the ceiling and main wall. We created a new fun look for the kids bathroom while we were at it. Downstairs we cleaned up the TV wall and finished off the bathroom.
